OUR PROFESSIONAL TEAM WILL INSPECT YOUR PROPERTY FOR ROOF AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE DOCUMENT ALL NEEDED REPAIRS WITH PHOTOS AND NOTES. THEN WE PROVIDE YOU WITH A FAIR, HONEST ESTIMATE. WE COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND COMPLETE OUR WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. LONG AFTER OUR ON-SITE WORK IS COMPLETE, OUR WARRANTIES ARE IN EFFECT TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS FROM UNFORESEEN ISSUES.

RECEIVE YOUR ROOF PROPOSAL BY EMAIL. NO NEED TO MAKE A DECISION ON THE SPOT. WE WANT YOU TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION FOR YOU!
STEP 2. CONFIRM
CONTRACT AGREEMENT SIGNED & SUBMITTED
PROJECT MANAGEMENT BEGINS PREPARING/CONFIRMING THE MATERIAL ORDER AND BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS
PROJECT SCHEDULE IS DETERMINED BY WEATHER & MATERIAL AVAILABILITY. ONCE A SCHEDULE IS ESTABLISHED, ONE OF OUR FRIENDLY PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THE SCHEDULE.
STEP 3. CONSTRUCT
CREW ARRIVES AT THE JOB SITE
ANY WOODWORK IS TO FOLLOW ONCE THE ROOF IS EXPOSED. FOR RE-ROOFS, A CITY/COUNTY SHEATHING INSPECTION WILL FOLLOW UPON COMPLETION OF ANY WOODWORK.
MATERIALS ARE DELIVERED
DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE PROJECT & SCOPE OF WORK, MOST SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TILE RE-ROOFS TAKE 7-14 WORKING DAYS & COMPOSITION RE-ROOFS TAKE 5 WORKING DAYS. BUT AS OUR TEAM PROGRESSES THROUGH THE PROJECT, OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL HAVE A MORE PRECISE COMPLETION DATE.
PROJECT MANAGER PERFORMS A WALK-THROUGH, COMPLETES THE FINAL JOB-SITE CLEANUP, & CITY/COUNTY FINAL INSPECTION IS SCHEDULED.
DURING THE ENTIRE PROJECT PROCEDURE, OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL CONTINUOUSLY UPDATE YOU EITHER BY EMAIL OR PHONE.
NOTE FOR ROOF REPAIRS: OUR CREW SIMPLY COMPLETES THE REPAIR, & SHOULD THERE BE ANY DRY ROT REPLACEMENT, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL OR PHONE TO NOTIFY YOU OF THE DRY ROT. ONCE REPAIR IS COMPLETED, WE WILL EMAIL YOU CONFIRMATION THAT THE REPAIR IS COMPLETED, AND AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED FROM OUR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT.
STEP 4. COMPLETE & CLOSE OUT
FOR RE-ROOFS: A MEMBER OF OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM OR LA ROCQUE BETTER ROOFS, INC. REPRESENTATIVE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO SCHEDULE A CLOSE-OUT MEETING TO GO OVER YOUR NEW ROOF’S PACKET OF COMPLETION & FINAL INVOICE FOR PAYMENT PICKUP. ONCE THE FINAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, THE NEW ROOF’S WARRANTY IS PROCESSED.
